Gmail Notifier Pro 5.1

It lets you monitor one or more Gmail accounts for new mails

5.3.4 (See all)

Gmail Notifier Pro offers a really easy and convenient way to keep a close eye on your Gmail accounts. It lets you accurately monitor one or more Gmail accounts for new mails and makes checking the emails a simple and easy job.

A really important advantage of this application is the fact that it can monitor multiple Google accounts at once. It can actually handle more than the Google mail services, offering mail notifications for Microsoft Exchange accounts and any IMAP or POP mail account, including Microsoft (formerly Live Hotmail) and Yahoo! Mail. Furthermore, it can also provide notifications for services like Google Calendar, Google News, Google Drive, Google+, Facebook, Twitter, Microsoft SkyDrive, Feedly, and RSS/Atom feeds, therefore it’s much more than just a mail notification tool - it’s a complete monitoring solution that keeps you connected with your Internet profiles and with the online news that really matters for you.

I also like about this tool the fact that it comes with a lot of settings, letting you configure every little aspect of how this tool looks and how it delivers the notifications to you. It’s a feature-rich and powerful tool that puts you in complete control over the way it works. Furthermore, even if the application is comprehensive, using it is easy, as it is also pretty straightforward, intuitive, and self-explanatory.

Another thing I like about it is that the limitation of the free version is not crippling the functionality of this handy application in a remarkable manner, as it only restricts the program to monitoring 2 Gmail accounts at the same time. In an end note, I consider Gmail Notifier Pro the perfect Gmail monitoring tool, as it is at the same time powerful, easy-to-use, and affordable.

Julie McClain I started with the trial version and then upgraded to the "registered" personal license, which I now totally regret. The trial version only handles up to (2) accounts, but with the personal license you should be able to add much more. I was only able to add (3) different accounts (Gmail, Twitter, Feedly) and anything else I add states "Account Validation Failed". I've tried everything and made sure all the account information was correct as well as the settings. Unfortunately, this program has failed miserably. Since upgrading, the program has become increasingly slower and has crashed on multiple times.
I've tried to contact the programmer on several occasions but haven't received one response. I thought this program had a lot of potential and thought it would be much easier to access my accounts in one place, but unfortunately I was wrong. I hope the issues I'm currently having are a glitch in version 5.3 and that the programmer will correct the problem.
